Surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Bohemian Forest, in the middle of the village Zdikov, you will find the hotel "Zdikov Castle".
The premises privately owned since 1996, have been completely renovated and offer 27 comfortable single and double rooms with bath or shower and toilet, as well as 3 suites.
The comfortable restaurant with a capacity for 150 people, offers warm food all day, which, when the weather allows is served on the terrace or in the castle courtyard under the old lime-tree.

If you want to relax and wander through the National Park Sumava, visit the historical towns of southern Bohemia (e.g. Vimperk, Prachatice, Klattovy, C. Krumlov), or explore the surroundings by bike or mountain bike, or have a relaxed trip by canoe down the Vltava, then Schloß Zdikov is the ideal place to start from.
In winter , especially the long-distance skiers will find excellent conditions for this sport. A large number of courses for long-distance skiing lead through the beautiful countryside of the National Park into the nearby Bavaria, and the sporting centre Zadov/Churanov (1050 m) has courses covering distances of 80 km as well as 3 alpine lift units. We help hunters and fishermen with the organisation and bookings.
